Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a unique environment where individuals can explore how their relational patterns are reflected within the group. It's a space to understand how distancing behaviors show up and to discover healthier ways of forming more connected relationships.
For many, group therapy can be a transformative experience, offering a deeper understanding of oneself and the impact on others. The interpersonal feedback provided within the group can offer insights and growth opportunities that might not be available in individual therapy.
In addition to leading therapy groups, I actively provide consultation with fellow therapists and group practices. Therapists interested in exploring these opportunities for consultation are encouraged to contact me.
