My Approach

Typically, individuals come to my office burdened with feelings of being lost, lonely, empty, or disconnected from their closest relationships. Some express a deep yearning to experience authenticity, presence, and freedom in their lives. Many aspire to set healthier boundaries, enhance their assertiveness, and boost their emotional intelligence.

At the heart of my psychotherapy practice lies an active approach, one that seeks to empower clients on a journey of self-discovery, fostering not only a deeper understanding of themselves but also the keys to more fulfilling relationships with others. My specialization centers on equipping clients with the indispensable tools of self-awareness, enabling them to nurture self-compassion, harness effective communication skills, and fortify their sense of self.

In individual psychotherapy sessions, I bring an unwavering commitment to active engagement while integrating a mindfulness-based and relational technique. This method not only addresses immediate concerns but also lays the foundation for sustained personal growth.

I address an array of symptoms related to depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, process addictions, substance abuse, perfectionism, and trauma. As our therapeutic journey deepens, clients often find themselves exploring existential questions touching on identity, purpose, motivation, and the complexities of loss.

Drawing from over a decade of experience, I have also been leading therapy groups with an innate understanding of the healing power that group therapy can offer. As a Certified Group Psychotherapist, I feel honored to witness the impact that group dynamics can have on individuals. Group therapy helps individuals understand themselves as well as how they are perceived by others. The high exchange of interpersonal feedback can be incredibly powerful for individuals who wish to better understand how to form deeper connections.

Many of my clients come from diverse professional backgrounds, spanning healthcare, academia, business, and the tech industry. They often occupy leadership roles within their respective fields, underscoring their commitment to personal growth and self-improvement.

My therapeutic style is best characterized as relational, dynamic, supportive, and direct. I foster an environment of collaborative dialogue within the therapeutic relationship, believing that the strength of this connection directly correlates with the depth and impact of the therapeutic experience.

I am hopeful that should we work together, you can navigate life's challenges with resilience and emerge stronger, more self-aware, and deeply connected to yourself and those around you.
